Connecticut Chapter of the International Association of Assessing Officers

Greetings to my fellow assessment professionals:

I would like to take the opportunity to invite you to become part of the Connecticut Chapter of IAAO. The purpose of this Chapter is to promote IAAO educational classes and workshops. I encourage you to become part of this organization and consider professional designations through IAAO courses and workshops. These workshops have been designed to further develop your skills in mass appraisal, assessment administration and tax policy.

Mark your calendars the 73^rd IAAO Conference will be held September 9, 2007 – September 12, 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia.. A link to that conference website is available at www.iaao.org. For those of you who have not attended an IAAO Conference; Atlanta 2007 is the place to be!!

Also don’t forget the CT Chapter meeting to be held on Wednesday April 25, 2007 at 6:00pm at the Yankee Silversmith Inn in Wallingford.
