Members in Attendance:  Elizabeth Duffy, Walter Topliff, Mary Huda, Jennifer Bernardo, Roger Palmer, Carolyn Nadeau, Bill Gaffney, Christine Barta, Joan Paskewich, David Wheeler, Donna Ralston, Helen Totz, Walter Lawrence, Penny Mudgett, Donna Shanoff, Francine Beland.

Liz Duffy, President called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and thanked everyone for attending.  She announced that the Chapter is offering Course 102 – Income Approach to Valuation on September 29 – October 2, 2008.  Registration information and form will be posted on CAAO website.  The next Chapter meeting will be held during the break at the CAAO Fall symposium.  Volunteers were requested for Nominating Committee for upcoming election of Chapter officers.

Liz then introduced Bill Gaffney, President of Total Valuation Services who gave a brief history of the company and overview of some of the services that are offered for revaluation and appraisal work.

Liz has received many responses, 50 or so in the last week, to the salary survey that she is distributing and is in the process of consolidating responses for distribution to all Chapter members at a later date.  Discussion was held regarding Unions and their roles in some municipalities.

Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm.
